I scoured the internet and I was in way over my head. I spoke to friends and family and they recommended I get a realtor. There were major issues with the mortgage holder, utility companies, etc. Just preparing the house for viewing/sales took a huge amount of effort. My wife & I, with my wife being the Trustee, are senior citizens who live a good 2 hours drive away from the house. Stephan went above & beyond in the handling of these major & minor issues, to the extent that he was still working with us on issues which popped up after the formal closing. This is something I’ve found myself doing twice before. Well that was until I was referred to whom I was told is the best realtor EVER....Stephan Mahabir.
