Initially I began casually looking for homes online just out of curiosity as to whether or not I wanted to buy at the moment. This is something I’ve found myself doing twice before. Well that was until I was referred to whom I was told is the best realtor EVER....Stephan Mahabir. I sent a quick one liner and he responded immediately with times we can meet up wherever and whenever was convenient for me. This was a heavenly response because I have a busy busy did I say busy life. Also, I like to know everything and anything when I’m interested in something. Hence Stephan was indeed the PERFECT realtor because he gave me an almost 2 hours explanation of the whole process which seemed much less intimidating. Stephan Mahabir represented us in selling a house which was mainly unattended as to maintenance & housekeeping for approximately 3 years. There were major issues with the mortgage holder, utility companies, etc.
Just preparing the house for viewing/sales took a huge amount of effort. My wife & I, with my wife being the Trustee, are senior citizens who live a good 2 hours drive away from the house. Stephan went above & beyond in the handling of these major & minor issues, to the extent that he was still working with us on issues which popped up after the formal closing.

I lived in Queens NY my whole life with my family and finally decided it was time to leave the nest and get a place of my own. I scoured the internet and I was in way over my head. In comes Stephan to the rescue like a superhero in red and blue tights (not literally). Without any hesitation Stephan stopped the anxiety caused by this life altering search for a home and immediately took the reigns. It was the best decision I made. The economic conditions due to the pandemic made the housing market even more competitive than what I thought.
